Extruder available: single,co-ex with two extruders . co-ex with three extruders . 

Dated 2nd Apr 2024,in our R&D center, testing co-ex foam board, 1220*2440MM,density 0.65g/cm3, capacity is 18.3T/24h with stable running.

Dated 16th Mar 2024,co-ex foam board testing capacity passed 20mt/24h.

4.Zero fault

Technical service

1.Technical team will provide full technical service

2. Acceptance method: Test production should meet the agreed technical specifications in our company's R&D workshop according to the contract. Including density, mechanical properties, formula cost, capacity etc. All compliance with the contract provisions shall be deemed as qualified acceptance.

3. Training:

Our R&D center provides free training for operators and provides comprehensive and detailed job instructions for each position based on the customer's on-site situation.
