Product Introduction

PVC Lubricant G60 is based on neutral dicarboxylic acid ester of saturated fatty alcohols. It is white or slight yellow debris or free-flowing powder, odourless. It doesn’t dissolve in water but dissolve in tributyl phosphate (TBP) and trichloromethane. Its melting point is 42-48℃，flash point ＞225℃，volatiles（96 hour／90℃）＜1%.　

Product Advantage

PVC lubricant G60 is a lubricant used in rigid PVC, it is highly compatible all-round lubricant also suitable for other additives. It is applicable to many kinds of processing conditions. G60 can promote plasticize of melt, improve impact strength and surface gloss.

Packaging and storage

This product is 25kg/bag, packaged in a woven bag with plastic inside.The transportation is operated as a non-dangerous product. Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid sun and rain. Do not contact with acid-base corrosive substances, the storage period is 24 months.
