Kinter R&D Center
Kinter Technology has been engaged in the production of pvc stabilizer for more than ten years. In view of the interest and pursuit of PVC foam board, Kinter Technology has invested 1 million dollars in 2023 to build a 3,000 square meter workshop as PVC foam board R&D center and provide a full range of services for global foam board enterprises.
Cooperated with Kangfei Group, the world's largest manufacturer of PVC foam board, for ten years, has been jointly discussing the production of PVC foam board, and accumulated rich experiences.
Kinter Technology R & D team is willing to work with global PVC foam producers to explore PVC foam board production technology issues.
Advantage
Independently developed two 80-156PVC foam board production lines, used to develop various PVC foam board.
Research and development purpose: Material research/capacity improvement/mechanical properties improvement/multi-field application (one line width 1220mm; another width 2050mm) equipped with three mixer, specifications 800L/2500L/6000L. Engaged in product thickness 1.8mm-40mMPVC foam board test and equipment delivery test.
Result
1. Joint research with mold company to design the mold suitable for PVC resin K value 65, different thickness, different density according to formula, capacity, mechanical strength…（Thickness 1mm——30mm、width 1220mm——2050mm、density 0.3——0.8g/cm3）
2. Joint research with screw company to design the screw according to different fillers, different K value, different density, high speed…
3. Independently developed three extruders co-ex pvc foam board production to solve the up&down layer different thickness problem. Dated on 31th Mar 2024, we have successfully run the machine with capacity up to 18.3t/24h.
